Q: How does this compare to Metricool?
Can you guys track competitor instagrams or facebooks? Will you guys really run out of the ability to post to Pinterest?

May 15, 2024A: Hello, I will send you the comparison article with Metricool as soon as it's ready. Apologies for not being prepared to answer this question.
Currently we don't offer any tracking capabilities. Once we reach 100 testers on our Pinterest App, no new Pinterest accounts will be able schedule Pins with Publer. This is only temporary. Pinterest is releasing their new API and we have already applied.
Hello again. So Metricool seems more like an analytics tool. While we do gather analytics for all the connected social accounts, Publer's core functionality is Publishing posts. That's why we even named the app Publer, short for Publisher ;)

I'm not sure. Metricool has a strong analytical parts but it is also very useful for planning posts (you have some points that Metriccol doesn't have and Metricool has some that you don't have ;)). In Metricool you can plan and publish Facebook, Instagram (by puch or e-mail notification), Twitter and LinkedIn, Google My Business posts. You can also create Facebook and Google Ads.
Your tool rools really nice and more intuitive, have great functions (e.g. comments, simple reschudeling etc.), so I will observe you. For me it is necessary to add asap Instagram (I know that you're waiting for API), because FB and Inta are currently the most important for these kinds of tool I think :)
Best of luck,
D
You're right daria.aleksandra.kaminska. From a quick look, it gave me the impression that it was mostly for analytics. We don't have too much time on hands right now to make deeper & proper analysis haha. Thank you for the input :)
Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that Pinterest (and Instagram) are now supported directly and at no additional cost. No need for Zapier, IFTTT, or any other workaround.
Thank you for your patience.
