io made the same promise to support Instagram and it took them a year and then it still didn't have full support for all kinds of posts. They also don't do it natively, they have to send the post to your phone through a notification instead of just posting on my instagram. This means I can't post at a specific time without user input....
1. Will the instagram publishing have the ability to upload video beyond 59 seconds with IGTV?
2. Will I be able to post things to Instagram hands off without having to do anything?

We're on the same boat as them. I don't know when Planable launched here, but things seem to be moving this year. Cambridge Analytica put a lot of things on hold.
Again, I don't want to make any promises. We will wait for API access so that we can offer direct posting. Push notifications are our very very last alternative. We don't like them either.
IGTV are not supported by their API, so even once we get access, we won't be able to support them either.
