Good product, bad timing with current integrations / zap
I see the potential in this product, and the price is right so I stacked 5 codes. If money wasn't so tight I would have stacked 10. If you ask my accountant I shouldn't have bought it at all so that tells you something about the value I see.
Currently, the Instagram API is not available, and the Zapier integration with instagram is having issues. What this means to you: No Instagram right now depending on how you connected your Insta to Facebook.
I tested the posting function and it will @ Mention on Facebook like a friggen champ, and then it will syndicate to other social media accounts with the @ Mentions stripped. (100% how this should function. super happy with it.)
I have a few small gripes that very well could be user error. I don't see an easy or intuitive way to change the calendar to show Sunday as the first day of the week. It appears to me when I add somebody as a user to manage a specific project they get added to the project groups and get their very own project group with which to add social accounts. Example: Add Jo-Bob to manage "Jimbos Widgets" social accounts. Jo-Bob has access to "Jimbos Widgets" and "Jo-Bob's Publer" I'm sure this is mostly my ignorance in how the platform works, but I clicked around for a good 5-10 minutes fiddling with it and couldn't see how this wouldn't lead to me using up extra integration credits.
I subtracted 1 taco because it is not as polished of a product as PromoRepublic, but it is a much better deal. I'm just hoping that it doesn't go the way of PublBox. I have mixed emotions on these AppSumo deals. If it's not a good enough deal I get upset, but if it's too good of a deal I get nervous and wonder how the company will ever stay in business.
I recognize some of you might feel it is unfair of me to subtract a taco over my user error, and you're probably right, but the platform is not intuitive in these areas, otherwise, I would have quickly found a work-around. Also, there are some people that never read 5-star reviews, so I figured I would put something out there for the skeptical folks. It's not too good to be true, but if they push through and finish the product it will be. If that's the case, use your affiliate link and promote the heck out of the monthly subscriptions to keep them alive. As it sits what you get right now is a very robust platform for posting to Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. It is well worth the money for that, and I imagine the little things will be sorted out in a few months. Once they add insta integration and Pinterest support it will be worth 10x what you paid.

May 9, 2024Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that Pinterest (and Instagram) are now supported directly and at no additional cost. No need for Zapier, IFTTT, or any other workaround.
Thank you for your patience.
