Really Good Platform with GREAT Potential
I haven't spent a lot of time in it yet, but I'm already a fan. The signature and shortcode features will be phenomenal for my workflow and can save anyone many hours if they repurpose content across multiple profiles. I know IG publishing will happen soon in some way, which is one of only two things I'd miss leaving my current expensive monthly platform. The other is direct post boosting / advertising in Facebook. I hope with a name like Publer they'll focus on improving publishing more than the analytics features. There are dedicated tools for that already, including many that come through AppSumo.
PROS:
-The dashboard is snappy.
-Shortcodes and signatures!!! So good.
-Support is fast and friendly (based on just one interaction, but still a good start).
-Really good GMB support. CTA inclusion is nice. Event inclusion is rare in SMM platforms.
-Bulk via CSV or RSS is nice.
CONS (All nit-picky other than IG integration to me):
-I think the profile grouping could be a little better, but at least it's an option, unlike some platforms.
-No IG yet. Expecting Zap integration, which is a start, but will still not have video support. FB / IG Partner Program is annoying. I wonder how much their "Partners" paid to have exclusive access to the API?
-GMB bulk import CTA option was set to "planned" a year ago but isn't available, so I wonder if it has been abandoned? Here's hoping there's specific support for the event type if they do get around to it. Might as well include event time details as an option while building the functionality.
-No direct post boosting / advertising in Facebook. Vote for it! --> https://publer.nolt.io/58

May 9, 2024Hey,
So transparent, straight-forward, and honest. Thanks a lot!!
We don’t only enjoy the PROs, believe me. We’re all ears when it comes to other tools/features that are missing because we want Publer to become one of the most flexible post-schedulers.
We’re always gathering votes. We never forget about them, but if they’re not already integrated, it’s because of something that’s not in our hands, really.
We would love to have every single feature/other social accounts on Publer :D
Best,
Xhesika.
