On your website FAQs, under the print-on-demand territories and pricing section, Amazon.in which is India's marketplace, is not mentioned. Does that mean the print on demand will not be available here? Only the countries and marketplaces mentioned in the FAQ will ship out printed books?

We have tested this when we introduced Amazon Print and it seems like the books can be ordered from amazon.in as well, but the cost and delivery time can be a lot higher since Amazon currently does not have any printing facilities in India.

If you open any of the listings, simply edit the URL from amazon.in to any other domain, for example amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ca, etc to see the prices on other markets. You can check shipping costs by adding the book to your cart, but not proceeding fully to the checkout.
