Unhappy with very long and un-efficient support
I had a public book launch on the 15th of november... E-book launched on date, the print version did not ... It had 14 days (nov 29th as launch date, pre-order possible).
The website UX had a hard bug telling me I was not a paid member and my book were going off the shelves.
So I refunded the deal and bought it again ... Situation has been the same for MANY DAYS.
Books were available for pre-order and made over dozens of sale WORLWIDE (tha’s why 2 tacos) but somehow it was taken off the shelves because of the previously mentioned accounts bug.
BUT ... Some sales do not reflect ... and I know the family members who ordered it from many places in the world ... So PublishDrive might keep few commissions for themselves -- Of this I am not sure. Maybe just a delay for the tracking to be up to date or an UX bug again.
Conclusion :
My book launch date is now passed by 10 days ... My account is still shown as free account despite having a tier 2 deal. All of my books are off-shelves ...
The book itself :
People who ordered print copy had TWO HUGE WHITE stripe line on top and bottom of the book. It looks so amateur ... and PublishDrive team reviewed my cover.
I am in distress ... and the support takes forever to handle a case that URGENT.
This is a BIG NO to this deal ... I am unhappy and I should NOT have fired my previous distributor. Now I am stuck with the team which breaks my heart by not acting.
So now I am just waiting them to handle the whole issue properly with professionalism... Date, cover, title, resume account and track sales correctly ...
I am open to change the review if change happens but right I am telling everything of my chest.

Regarding the sales numbers you see under 'Sales Analytics', those are only the real-time sales and not all stores are able to provide this information. We only include stores here that have the real-time sales option. Please note that it can take 2-3 days for sales to appear here. All sales that are not displayed here will be included in your monthly earnings reports issued around the 10th of every month. Your first earnings report will become available 2 months after your first sales took place.
Please be assured that this is not a bug on our platform, nor does it mean that we keep commissions after sales.
As for the issue with your account you raised to our Support Team, it is already being investigated.
