"However, by posting Content using the Service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service."

I think this statement is straight forward Suzanne: we can't serve your content through service unless you grant us the right to do it when you upload it

duplication = backup/cache on cdn
