Q: I've just used this, along with the WordPress Offload plugin, but now all the images in the medial library ...
are represented by a black square with the works "The file [xxx.jpg] doesn't exist"
This will make it very difficult to add images to the site in the future.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there anyway to reverse the offload process and get the images back?

You probably changed folder. Click on SYNC button in offloading plugin settings and it should be fixed
