I have a question about the typical workflow for getting leads for cold calling or cold emailing.
After filtering contacts, should I export them right away, or is it recommended to redeem phone/email credits first? I’m asking because some contacts already seem to include phone or email data so I’m not sure if redeeming is required before export.
Also, I noticed exports appear to be limited per page. Is there a way to export multiple pages (or all filtered results) at once?

A: Hi!
1. Redeem vs. Export Redeem credits first. If you export before redeeming, your file will contain hidden or "obfuscated" data (e.g., j***@email.com). Redeeming unlocks the full, verified contact details so they show up correctly in your CSV.

Export limits refer to the number of secure transactions that can be made per outbound transaction, as some listings (such as Shopify) contain 20 million records, which can impact performance.
