Thanks for your question! We have yet to support 11labs, but I will note it as a possible option. We do have the option to upload your audio so the characters can animate.
The soft limit on the number of characters is 1000, translating to about 4-5 minutes of video. But it can be increased if you need it. Usually I've seen videos of 2-3 min length work best for the end user.
Yes, we have ChatGPT4 support built-in, and we want to keep it part of the Pro tier. That said, if we see a lot of ChatGPT usage, we may have to limit it (because the OpenAI APIs can become expensive). But for now, it's included in the Pro plan!

Where do the voices come from? Which company are they sourced from? Btw, I gave it a go, and noticed there's no cap on the text input and the generate button gets unclickable with long text. Perhaps introducing a character limit might be a good fix? Just a thought.

Our voices are generated using OpenAI's TTS models and Play.HT premium voices. We will add 11labs to the mix shortly. Thanks a lot for pointing out the bug with the character limit; we will address that ASAP.
