Q: I noticed that the animate with text function has dropped from 3000 characters to 500 characters.
This is very disappointing.

Actually, this was my mistake. I logged in from Puppetry.com.
When I logged in Puppetry.ai, all was well.

That said, it shouldn't matter where you logged in from; the number of characters should not differ. Can you please send us a screenshot? [email protected]
