Gets stuck all the time
It has let me down so many times. When it works, it works pretty well. But when it doesn't, it really doesn't. Very unreliable. I have been trying to generate a short audio clip from text since morning, and it says, "Something went wrong with speech generation, please try again." All the time. Not a nice feeling at all.

A tool that could be better, but for the moment I'm not convinced.
A tool that I rarely use because the results aren't great (for the moment). There are a lot of error messages. I'm a bit sorry I bought it. I hope that the tool will evolve quickly, both in terms of the user interface and the relevance of the results.

Great piece of Software
Puppetry is actually a great piece of Software that has a lot of functionalities. There are some problems like the server goes down often, and you lose so much fidelity sometimes that even upscaling and denoising doesn't fix it. Nevertheless, the program for the most part works well for planning out stories when the servers are being finiky.,

Would be great if it was working
As other people already mentioned, generating videos does not work at all. I tried it countless times since 24 hours and i could do two clips, each 5 seconds after waiting hours.
Someone on APPSUMO told you this already on 13th of July and you answered:"hey @celibacy, I'm really sorry about your experience. We are having an outage on some of our servers and are actively working to fix it."
You are still talking on your website about an Server Outage that is responsible for this, but it has been more then a week now.
People here pay much money and can not access the service you advertise. Overall very irritating
especially since the actual tool is great and absolutely worth the money.

Great Fun
At first i dismissed the product out right, but then i gave it a go and it was ok, very gimicky and fun. It's fair to say Puppetry has grown on me over time and i have actually been able to use the puppets to create marketing explainer videos.
It's easy to use and i'm impressed with the ai voices, very realistic, clear and they seem to be able to read words that are normally hard for ai to pronounce, so super cool.
render times could be faster and there are glitches here and there but nothing that can't be fixed.
overall, it's a keeper for me and i'm certainly going to start using the software even more, espeically after finally releasing my short review video about Puppetry. I had a blast of a time making this video. In my review video i use my own avatars and animate them using puppetry and basically have the puppets review the software. Enjoy.
