My experience with Puppetry is good. For the price I purchased it on AppSumo, it does a great job. I hope they will find a way to monetize it on a subscription basis to maintain and improve it further, as this niche is getting really competitive, taking into account the number of other services like D-id studio, Synthesia, and more.

The key feature of Puppetry is the "Puppet Animator," and I like that it provides an option to upload the face image as well as to select sample puppets from the pre-built catalog of over 300 avatar faces. This feature works great for short social media videos. The text-to-voice generation option is also high quality, and you can upload your audio to animate an avatar talking video as well. This is the best part of the tool.

The "Cartoonify an Image" feature, which is designed to transform images into cartoons, didn't really work well with my photo, so I would still use another service to do that and upload the avatar image to use it with the "Puppet Animator." I would expect this feature to be improved, as it's important to avatarize your own photos instead of using the pre-built catalog.

The other two features, "Script Generator" and "Image Generator," work great as expected, as they simply provide an API interface to OpenAI (GPT + DALLE) to generate text and images. However, I don't think they are relevant for this tool. There are many other text writers, image generators, or native playgrounds that are focused on these specific workflows. Don't waste your time, energy, and most importantly, API tokens on what is not your primary focus in Puppetry.

Please improve the "Cartoonify an Image" feature and maybe add more avatar faces to your pre-built catalog. This would be sufficient.
