Q: Crypto service
I am in the Crypto field and would be selling monthly subscriptions via my website as well as discord...
How would I integrate this into my current business model?
I use stripe for payments by the way...
My thought is that I would give the Affiliates a percentage of the first months subscription fee, but my question is how would that be tracked, like would I have to create some other type of "product" within stripe?

Thank you for reaching out.
You can integrate with stripe using these three different methods:
- If you use stripe session API (you wrote your own code to call stripe API)
- Stripe payment links, payment button or pricing table
- Stripe discount codes
You don't have to create a type of product in stripe, you simply just connect your stripe account and you follow the integration instructions depending on what type of stripe integration you have on your website.

Not sure how my particular situation would work out as I would like to utilize your service…
If you use wordpress, it means you're not using stripe sessions api, if the plugin you're using with stripe on your wordpress is using stripe payment links or buy buttons, then it's possible it could work but i can not be sure you have to reach out to the developers of the tool you're using to confirm that. Although i'd recommend woocommerce for wordpress as we have a woocommerce integration.
