I have been looking for an Affiliates Software Management program on App Sumo for a long time and I am very interested in grabbing this before it expires in a few days. I have a vacation rental business with two websites. When I get sales on my website they are for future dates. What kind of integration would I need with my website so that an affiliate commission would not be paid to the referrer until the guest's stay is over? I am trying to avoid a payout to an affiliate only for the guest to cancel before checking-in. Any thoughts or ideas on how I could structure these types of referrals?

If you are sure that we have an integration you use to process payments or used to build your site, then you can go ahead. In relation to the commissions, commissions are only awarded when a customer makes a purchase (if that's what you choose for the affiliate program), also you can set a payout hold period for every commission you're paying out.
