Q: How sustainable is your business model for scale and growth for LTD members?
The first 5 years is the toughest on average for founders launching new products;
1- As an LTD can you please inform us how you plan to ensure our investment won't go away due to poor fiscal planning of your product?
2- What's your support like, 24 hours, 48 hours, how do you support your users and response time?
3- Will you introduce paywalls for LTDs later, which some non-transparent Founders do justifying that their "upgrades" require costs to run (go back to point 1) and basically lack of transparency reel the LTD users and try to convert them into paywalls or "credits" for features
4- Your roadmap allow mapping of new features for LTD or simply static?

Jun 10, 2025A: Thanks for the thoughtful questions! I’ve answered similar ones before but happy to clarify again:
1. Sustainability:
Push Lap Growth is built to be efficient and cost-effective, even at scale. We’ve designed the system so we can accommodate LTD users without straining resources too much over a long period of time. Most of our revenue already comes from MRR, not LTDs (before we came on AppSumo Select). We’re only on AppSumo temporarily and will soon shift focus fully to direct MRR growth.
2. Support:
Support is fast, usually immediate during European hours and often beyond. You’ll see this mentioned consistently in our reviews.
3. Paywalls / Credits:
No hidden paywalls or credits for LTD features (that are clearly advertised), period. Optional services like our affiliate marketplace are separate and clearly communicated, but even then we’ve given LTD users extended free trials to this service.
4. Roadmap & Features:
Highest tier of LTD maps to our Business Plan, and all features added to that plan are included. In fact, more than half the current features were built after launch, and all eligible LTD users got them automatically.
We’re in this for the long run, and appreciate your due diligence.
