hello9395aQ: How to set commission as zero (0) for tracking?
Someone previously asked if its possible to set the commission rate as "0" and the response was that its possible. However, for both fixed and rate based commissions, I receive an error prompt when "0" is used. This is under "Add Commission Plan". May I know if there's a fix?

I see, does this mean the use case of simply tracking the use of particular codes is not supported? For context, we have certain affiliates that are interested to track but do not want to monetise from sharing. Would love to know if there's a way around it for such cases, thanks!
The payouts are not mandatory, you can set a percentage still, but as long as you have an understanding with the affiliates, you can just mark the commissions as paid.
