I'd like to offer a refer 3 get yours free subscription plan. Meaning they get my service for free if they maintain 3 active subscribers. If they don't maintain three active subscribers, it's not free.

Yeah sure, here is the developer documentation: https://developers.pushlapgrowth.com, as to difficulty, i think it's pretty straightforward for any developer. Although the webhooks details can only be accessed on the dashboard.
