Q: Lifetime Referral Tracking
For lifetime referral fee programmes- basically for us to continually share referral fees for as long as a particular customer is still subscribed, is it supported by this solution?
Or is this solution more for one-time referral fees?

The software works perfectly with one-time fees and also recurring subscriptions. it's up to you to set up how long you want to keep paying commissions for or for how many payments you want to pay commission for. (You can keep it unlimited) which will make it perpetual.

Yes, commissions are only awarded on a payment event. So if a customer cancels, there won't be further payment events, therefore commission won't be awarded
