Q: Payouts
In Heartbeat.chat, they have an affiliate program, but payouts are manual. In PushLap, are payouts manual inside PayPal or how do you do it? Also, can one affiliate be a higher tier 1 - like 5% of all they refer, and their affiliates they refer get 30%? tier 2? Kartra does this and I may have to go back to their program to get what I want, but curious if you offer anything like this. Thanks!

Yes we have automated payouts possible for paypal as long as your paypal account is allowed to do bulk payments by paypal.
And also, the second feature you're talking about, we're releasing it tomorrow.
