In today's world, it's important for us as users and company owners to ensure everything aligns with current regulations, including international sanction list checks. Could you please clarify the company information. Each company within EU needs to keep record of their sub-contractors by law, failing to follow the regulations they migh face big fines, which we all want to avoid.
A clarification on the official legal entity and its primary operational base would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, the company Push Lap LLC is registered as an Entity in the U.S and it is registered at the address listed on our website.
However when filling out the form for AppSumo, my understanding was that i had to enter an address where i am physically based. I live in Cyprus and i work from here, so I'm a bit confused exactly to what the issue is in having an Entity based in a different country than i live? Would be helpful if you clarify.
JohnzThanks for your quick reply. It does not matter where you or other employees live, but where the company is registered and to dive even deeper, it is crucial to verify also the ownership. EU has strict rules about who you can and can't do business with. One needs to know the vendor's details to make sure to follow these rules and to avoid fines.
