Q: Referral Tracking
I’m looking to use Push Growth to track referrals to my company and provide non-cash incentives based on referral activity. Is this functionality fully supported with 3 codes? Also, if I’m not planning to issue any cash payouts, is it still necessary to connect a payout method?

In the payout settings it's possible to simply choose "Platform payouts" which basically means you will pay the affiliates in a way specific to your own platform, however this has to be fulfilled manually, unless you can write code on your own server that listens to sales webhooks from us.
