Q: Separate fee to use the Shopify app?

Do I need to pay a separate fee each month to use with Shopify? Or is it included in the Appsumo lifetime deal?

A: It's included in the AppSumo deal, you don't need to pay a monthly fee to use the shopify integration if you have the appsumo deal.
