We do not have an integration with Zenler and we do not have one with Zylvie either.

For the help pages, they're still currently being built out. A commission plan is simply rules for how a commission is delivered (so, the percentage, the length of time to give a commission for, etc. ) and the commission tiers are how you reward affiliates based on how many referrals or revenue they've generated (a commission tier must be connected to a specific commission plan)
For example:
You have two commission plans:
- Plan A (gives 20% commission)
- Plan B (gives 40% commission)
You have two commission tier:
Tier 1 (connected to plan A) and requires 0 referrals and 0 revenue from affiliate to be on this tier (it means that by default, if an affiliate joins your affiliate program, they will be on tier 1, meaning they will get commission plan A)
Tier 2 (connected to plan B) and requires 10 referrals or $500 in revenue for an affiliate to move on to this tier (so it means that if an affiliate reffers 10 customers or they've generated you $500 in revenue they will automattically be upgraded to tier 2, meaning they'll be assigned plan B)
