Custom Domains don't work, questionable business practices.
I was so pumped to like this deal but after setting up an affiliate campaign and trying to add a custom domain, it just doesn't work. Everything is set up correctly but the custom domain just won't work. I reach out to support and then I don't hear anything back.
What irks me the most is that whilst I am waiting for support to get back to me on this, I receive an email just after my 60 day refund is up with the subject - "The New App I’ve Been Working on (Exclusive Lifetime Deal Inside)".
This is kinda frustrating because I am waiting for a simple support request to be answered but nope, I am targeted with an attempt to extract more money out of me from a completely unrelated product that I am now in the funnel of. A funnel I have been put in just as the 60 day refund window has closed.
I want to like this product but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. How about actually providing some support for features which aren't working rather than trying to upsell me on something else, that would be great!

My Sincere apologies as this has completely not been on my radar. Our support tickets are usually responded to and resolved within 24 hours so I'm guessing this most likely went into spam. Did you reach out for support on discord as well (as i'm usually online there and the support is usually instant)?
Please tell me what email address you sent us a support email from, I'll search the spam folder and if i find it there i'll respond immediately and help you with the issue you're facing.

Edit: I did not get a notification of this review either and i don't check here every day since our campaign has ended. I've tried to search my spam folder and whole email box for an email related to custom domains that i haven't answered and i can't find any (although it's difficult without having your email address yet), so please when you get this, either reach out to me directly on discord or reply to the review adding your email address so i can find it and reach out to you.
Update: It's been a few days and still have not heard from you, not from our discord (which is easily accessible from the site, or via email either), I'll be reaching out to AS support to help me get in contact with you so I can make this right. Best.
