A) This is a valid question and this needs to be researched well. The purchase is not coming from the play store, instead it's an external purchase, just like you book tickets to hotel through an app, in that case, the Google doesn't charge for hotel booking.

What about submission to the Apple IOS Store? What is the timeline for this? How does it work if the app processes a payment through Stripe or Paypal - wont Apple want a piece of the action?
