A Solid Choice for Project Management
So, I gave Aitable a try after bouncing around a few alternatives to ClickUp. It's pretty solid. Let me break it down for you:
The Good Stuff:
Unlimited Members: This is a big win. You can add as many people as you need, which is great for growing teams.
User-Friendly: It's super easy to use. I didn't have to scratch my head figuring things out, which is always a plus.
Support is On Point: Whenever I hit a snag, their support team was there to help. Quick and effective - just how I like it.
Embedding's a Breeze: Slotting Aitable into our existing setup? No sweat. It fit right in without any drama.
But Here's Where It Could Be Better:
Nodes in Tier 3: Alright, so I'm hanging out in Tier 3, and it's decent. why not offer 500 nodes here? Tier 4 jumps up to 1000 nodes, which is a bit much for me.

Onboarding Could Be Smarter: They ask for your industry and role, but it kind of ends there. I was hoping for more tailored templates based on that info, not just feeling like I'm filling out a survey.
Node-Level Permissions: Being able to control who sees what would be super helpful. Team Space, where you can setup team and decide what can be seen by a team in a Node. They say it's in the works, so fingers crossed!
Overall, Aitable's doing a pretty good job. It's not just another project management tool - it's got some real perks. With a few tweaks here and there, especially on those node limits and a bit more customization, it could totally hit the sweet spot for a lot of users.
