I am a verified purchaser -- back in 2022 but it no longer let's me leave a review.

I am super sad. I have had this app for years and suddenly today in the middle of multiple campaigns, so many things going on, everything dies.

I haven't seen marketing emails in a while, no communication and now I go to the questions and multiple folks are asking if pxl.to is still there. The status page worked this morning and now is down along with my 392 links.

How can we make sure that apps notify their AppSumo users that they are not continuing. Don't just kill the app and disappear. PLEASE!!
