The PXL service has been down for a while now! my micro sites are offline and logging in only shows “ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.” I haven’t received any response to my support emails. Can someone confirm if this is an extended outage or if the company has gone out of business? Quick update: Services seems to be back, but If you are planning to do any maintenance or there is an outage, it's Super important to send a mass email ahead of time to avoid surprises. That is a professional way to run a business and also respond to your emails. I'm saying this here because you're not responding to emails so that's the only place I have to communicate with you even though, I'm not sure if you are reading this or not!
