PXL can have a great future if it changes its course to a BLUE SEA!
Dear PXL developers,
This message comes with the same urgency that we feel when noticing the lack of adaptation and originality of PXL in the year 2024. Unfortunately, until now, we have seen little innovation in the application, merely adding features that other apps already had in 2018, many of which have been sold here on Appsumo. The reality is that you are lagging behind in terms of originality and have not adapted to the changing demands of the market in 2024.
**Point 1: Individual Access and Data Privacy**
The absence of individualized access and data privacy for each client reflects this lack of adaptation. We are in a scenario where you are not gaining any ground against the competition, but also neglecting the logical expectations of modern users and us, the sellers of PXL. Imagine the disappointment of a client who, in 2024, is using functions that other apps offered years ago. :-(
Implementing individual access and ensuring data privacy is not just a necessity; it is an obligation to remain relevant in the market. In many countries and throughout Europe, there are GDPR data protection laws, and non-compliance results in significant fines for vendors. Below, we will add information on where and in which countries customer data protection is already required.
But let's go further: end customers not only desire privacy but also the ability to view their own statistics. This desire is not just a whim but a vital need for them to adapt their marketing strategies and avoid losses with their ads.
In practice, this means that the demand for statistics requests will be overwhelming, and we, as sellers of the PXL app, cannot efficiently handle all these requests. The solution is clear: each client needs their own particular and private access. It is not only a benefit for them but also lightens our load as sellers, allowing us to focus on providing quality service instead of constantly managing statistics requests.
We cannot overlook the fact that these features should not only be standard but are also essential to maintain customer trust and move towards the coveted "BLUE OCEAN." We will also add more information about what a BLUE OCEAN is, in case you are not familiar. We aim to provide value to you as well.
**Point 2: Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)**
In the competitive world of applications in 2024, with many apps incorporating AI, the lack of integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into PXL is a omission that we cannot overlook. While other applications are rapidly advancing into the future, PXL seems to be stuck in the past, unable to adapt to the current demands of the market in 2024.
We cannot help but wonder if you have even considered the possibility of incorporating AI into PXL. This is not just an optional add-on; it is an imperative need to stand out in a saturated market. The lack of innovation in this aspect leaves us wondering if PXL is truly committed to excellence and long-term relevance.
If you do not take immediate measures to address these deficiencies, the offerings of PLAN 2 and PLAN 3 become excessive and unnecessary since the application lacks the fundamental features needed to compete in this evolved market.
**Point 3: Microsites**
We appreciate the Microsites feature, but we believe there is still much room for improvement. Imagine being able to create Microsites with the help of AI. The possibilities would be endless. However, we notice that this part of the app still requires some significant adjustments, details that the competition has carefully attended to. We hope to see more refinement in this area soon.
**Point 4: Roadmap and Functional Examples**
We have noticed that on your page, the link to https://www.pxl.to/roadmap returns a 404 error. This indicates that you currently do not have a Roadmap. It would be beneficial for you and for us, the buyers, to have a clear vision of future updates and planned improvements. Do not forget to set an example and follow what you propose on your own sales page.
**Point 5: QR and Competition**
We appreciate the QR option, but we observe that, compared to the competition, this function needs more development in functional options, optics, and varieties. To stand out in the market, it is essential not to fall behind in key aspects like this.
**Point 6: Future of PXL**
We sincerely believe that PXL has a good future as an app if it knows how to adapt to the market and understands the concept of the BLUE OCEAN. We believe it can become a TOP APP among the top 10 in its category. We will be closely monitoring the next 60 days and will see how PXL evolves and if the developers at least create a ROADMAP and note the suggestions from "us," the customers. However, if we see in the next 60 days that the developers of PXL continue as they are now, we will request a REFUND of our PLAN 3. This app would not be useful for resellers of services of this kind, only for individual users who do not resell services to their clients.
While offering Unlimited in PLAN 3 is appreciated, it is not beneficial if you do not provide what the market and our clients are asking from the sellers of this app, just as we convey these desires to the developers of PXL: individual access and privacy of the data and work created in PXL.

If we see that you change, we will also change our evaluation to 5 STARS. We are committed to PXL, but we need to see a similar commitment from your side to ensure a successful future for all.

The competition does not sleep or wait, and adaptation and innovation are the only ways to ensure continuous success in this constantly evolving market of 2024 and the years to come.
