Best business proposal creation software I've ever used
Before knowing about pxmo, I used recommended slide creation software such as Canva, Decktopus, and Microsoft Office... but they didn't really make me completely satisfied.
Canva is good for design, and has a variety of templates, but is not responsive (When exporting a website/landing page with an error on a mobile device, having to edit it manually is very difficult) and is not entirely specialized for creating business proposals.
Decktopus is more professional, but the system is quite heavy, cumbersome, slow in execution and publishing speed, lacks diversity, and publishes the page like a website / landing page (they publish like a page running each slide, quite inconvenient)
Finally, I tried pxmo. After half a trial registration session, I was completely conquered by its elements: Aesthetics, layout, simplicity, modernity, speed, streamlining, teamwork, and development ability. of the pxmo project.
I have registered for a tier 2 license and will continue to upgrade to a tier 3 license (when I receive my salary next month) to develop my business professionally.
I hope pxmo will last as long as possible and it will be my "must have" and "number 1" on my list of working software.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Statistical chart
You should upgrade this feature to display percentages in circles or columns. This helps business partners to clearly see the progress that the project is developing.
2. Add checkbox and highlight options when writing content
3. Add the feature to create buttons on the top of the home page (eg Home, Project, Team, About, Contact...) => Turn pxmo proposal into a landing page with customizable buttons (go to the section you need to read quickly and professionally).
-----------------------
Finally, thank you all for the great software. Wishing you good development.
Best regards. đđ±

May 9, 2024Hi Kieumanh,
Many thanks for your great feedback and review. Our whole reason for building pxmo in the first place was due to a lot of the challenges you described with rigid design and lack of responsiveness, so we're delighted to hear of your positive experiences so far. There are many enhancements on the roadmap, and new features being added daily thanks to a very vocal and supportive AppSumo community during this deal. A few notes below fyi:
1. Visualisations and charts are something we are keen to incorporate in future
2. Noted and will be considered. A form of highlight can already be achieved using textbox backgrounds, though this won't suit all cases.
3. Headers and footers (and page anchors) have been discussed internally and we'll share further updates on this
Thanks again and all the best with your proposals - N
