I am coming from Qwilr, there are a few things missing to fully make the switch. 1. Customer changeable quantities (CPQ). 2. API for me to add lines/prices to template. I know for some this is not a deal breaker, but my workflow would be complete with these. My use case is this: Customer gets a quote that was generated by my ERP, they can change or select options and get real time price changes, accept and close. Second use case is that I create a quote in my ERP, then API the lines into PXMO to the service template.

1. We are currently working on this, it will be implemented in the next 6-8 weeks as part of our overhaul of the quote element and acceptance workflow. There are many other enhancements and additions that will be included based on the great feedback we've received such as yours.
2. We have an API and webhooks available for you to use already, documentation is here – https://pxmo-api-docs.vercel.app/en/introduction. Our preference is to use Zapier as it is much simpler and faster to implement while providing very similar functionality. https://zapier.com/apps/pxmo/integrations. We'll be happy to provide further input if you decide to set up automation such as what you've mentioned.
