(1a) In your video, I could not see the options for an agency to add Client company name
(2) When you say customizable career page, does it allow me to create career page for my client company with their logo ?
(3) any storage limits for the resumes ? where are resumes stored ?
(4) are you GDPR compliant ?
(5) do you have all features that bambooHR offers ?
(6) Do you have API access ?
(7) If I have another tool for AI video interview , can I integrate it with PyjamaHR with the Interview URL, results etc have a seamless experience ? Your $1 per AI interview may not work for me .
(8) Is there a way my client's can directly purchase the AI Interview from the platform without me having to collect and pay you .
(9) what other third party integrations do you have ? Any CRM ?

1. While onboarding, you'll be asked if you're a recruiting agency or a company hiring for yourself. If you select the recruiting agency option, you'll see an option to enter client names while creating openings.
2. We only currently support Career pages with all your open positions for all clients. So it'd be a unified career page with all openings as opposed to a client-wise career page.
3. No storage limits! We store all resume data in Microsoft Azure servers.
4. Our application isn't GDPR-compliant but we're working on it with our legal team and we're hoping to be fully GDPR-compliant by mid-September.
5. Yes, we have all of BambooHR's features (also have feature parity with Workable and Ashby largely)
6. Yes but unfortunately, API access is only available on our custom plans, which aren't part of our current AppSumo bundle.
7. Absolutely! You can use any interviewing tool like HackerRank or any other platform you prefer over our inbuilt tooling.
8. If you have 5 users added to our platform with Client access, any AI interviews purchased would be available to all of your users, so that might not be the best way to handle this. Since client 1 would theoretically use up all of your AI interview credits while Client 2 might not use them at all.
9. We integrate with so many job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter and others. For emails - we integrate with Google, Outlook. For video interviews, we integrate with Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams. We're also releasing a Monday CRM integration soon, but it's not live yet!

Thanks . As an agency will my clients get direct access to the dashboard and the workflow ? Will they be able to directly update and manage their entire end to end flow which could mean this can be offered as a SaaS under your brand correct ? You did not confirm if I can integrate a different tool for ai interview with pyjama hr, how could I do that , should I use zapier or active pieces ?
Yes! Your clients would get direct access and they'd be able to login and see their open positions, candidates for each position and so on. I could give you more details regarding the integration process if you can confirm which AI interview provider you're looking to integrate with us. Just as an aside btw - we're the cheapest and best AI interview provider on the market right now!

Does 15 users in tier 3 mean, I can have 15 client access ? to give access to more than 15 clients , tier 4 is the only option or can we purchase additional user access ?
Yes, you could give 15 users from 15 different clients access with our 15 user tier-3 plan. You can buy tier-4 on AppSumo for more users or use our additional user monthly plans at $15/user/month.

Thanks for the clarifications . I was looking at xinterview ai which is in AppSumo now and gives 2000 ai interview responses per month with LTD price va your addons which are costlier . While choosing interview platform as “custom” can i input xinterview url so interview alone is done through xinterview while the overall source to hire can be managed in pyjama hr ?
Yes! You can absolutely enter the xinterview url using our custom interview option while the source to hire pipeline is managed via PyjamaHR!

Are you looking at white label, removing your branding and emails by any chance ? If we offer this to clients as an agency under your brand , what if they would freshly subscribe from you ? How can we handle this ? Any thoughts how can agency can derive value for Tier 4 ?
We do provide a fully white labeled product where you can have your own brand but that's part of our custom plans and unfortunately not included in our AppSumo plan.

Can you tell me how I can use this as an agency & offer this tool to my clients if (there is no white label , your brand cannot be removed & hence workspace access to my clients will show your brand , and all communications to my clients & candidates will have Pyjama HR mentioned ). I am sure there is a way else why would you have recruiter / agency option ?
