Q: I had create free account to just test drive this app.
For a day it worked and then next day I got following error message:
"We are unable to validate your company details. Please contact our support team and validate your company details to unblock your account."
There is a button to contact support but that button does nothing. Is it a bug? What are the criterias for companies to be blocked? Instead of arbitrarily blocking companies, why not ask for documents to be uploaded and verify them manually?
This gives a feel that app is a bit buggy. There were also javascript errors along with the above error message.

Aug 14, 2024A: Our company validation algorithm considers multiple factors to authenticate the account. For example, if the email domain is temporary or invalid one, or if the company linkedin url does not match with other details, the platform automatically flags the account.

For smoother experience, do use valid company email address and your original company linkedin URLs.
