It is better you purchase it in the appsumo and then give all the information and create the account. If you dont like, you can refund it within 60 days. While creating account or test drive, give the real information. Looks like they are expert in banning your account and your ip address as well. Hence i have purchased a lowest possible tier (29 USD) to minimize the risk.
