Before I share my experience, I will say that after using this program I feel my hiring needs are too small for this to really be of great use. I half-way expected that going in though, and only got tier 1. I say this because maybe my issues are related to being tier 1.

Let's start with the good. I think the job post builder is very useful and easy to use. I think the ideas of the other tools are great, but I unfortunately don't know if they actually work.

As I finished my first job post, I got to the end and it only gave me 10 job boards that I could post to. Even though I remember reading there would be more than that, and receiving an e-mail bragging about 50+ boards, I attributed the 10 limit to being tier 1. Another issue with the 10, Indeed was not one of the boards it would share to. After completing the post and, I think, publishing it to the 10 boards I was allowed to, I then messed around with the job page hosted within Pyjama. I did like this, but I don't think it was particularly useful for me. I made the page and shared it to Linkedin and facebook. I then anxiously waited a few hours for my first candidate to come in. Nothing came in. I needed to hire somebody within 1-3 days so I didn't have time to waste. I copied my job post from PyjamaHR and pasted it to Indeed myself. In inded, I received 10 applicants before the end of the day. Meanwhile in PyjamaHR, I still had zero.

I then tried to import those candidates from Indeed as the product claims it can. This didn't work. I contacted help and didn't hear anything for close to 24 hours and at that point it was simply "try it again." I tried again and got the same result. I reached out again, once again I didn't get any response until I reached out again nearly 24 hours later and was now met with "it will be fixed by tomorrow." Tomorrow came and went and nothing was fixed. This feature still does not work for me.

On top of all of this, I also asked about why I only have 10 boards and why there have been zero leads created from them. At this point, I have hired two people for one of the positions and done 4 interviews for a second position I posted later that day. All of these leads came from my direct post to Indeed. This question was either completely ignored or I was told to make sure they show published (which they did) and told to just keep waiting.

I will again say that I am not the customer that will get the greatest benefit from this product, but it flat-out didn't work at all for me. The only value this product has shown me is the job posts that it made for me that I then copied and pasted to Indeed. Everything else has been either broken (including help links), not as described, or doesn't create any results. I have tried to give this every opportunity to make it work for me, but it just doesn't. This is the first time I have ever gotten something on App-Sumo that I will be trying to get refunded for.
