I had such high hopes!

I’ve been waiting a long time to find something like this. I do on-boarding for a company that hires about 200-300 staff annually across 12 locations while also working from my home and an office.

I hate indeed, it’s site and interface. No app support means I’m constantly having to find time in my day to one by one go through hundreds of applicants.

This thumbs up and thumbs down (almost tinder like) solution to viewing applicants that I could perform from my phone while in between locations was blowing me away. Or so I thought.

Unfortunately, the app provides almost the same information an email notification would and does not let you perform more than half of the features the site does. I assumed it was me and set up a meeting to learn more. The owner expressed at every question that I should email him so he can look into things or that the features are coming. He did not however get back to me.

Indeed I on is used all over the place to show support. Knowledgebase talks about indeed and it’s bulk import. I was told it was there from chat support. Then it was bugged and they would update it. Then they update a fix and there was still no bulk. The idea I have to look at indeeds site. Click import to HR. Then decline in HR is immediately a deal breaker. I’m already in indeed and can just view and decline the applicant.

You can view applicants but not email them from the app. So again if I like them I have to go to my email or indeed paste my canned response to arrange a meeting or call them. I’m not calling that many people a day and trying to talk to them about their availability for an interview. I did also recommend default settings. If someone applied to a location then why do I have to type the location in each time. It’s should default to the jobs location and contact details.

They also gave me a weird run around regarding the applicant testing a feature I gravely need. Apparently I’m not big enough to use the non AI generated testing. I can use the AI ones but to a limit of 15 questions. Their support told me I could however create up to 60 and that it should work. This was before the owner told me I had to pay extra. No instructions were provided and there is not a button that says add question here. Why you’re try to upsell me when I’m having issues with your products promise is beyond me. At $1 per test I’m not letting ai screen my company.

There is a listed feature on appsumo for the ai to review the resumes and rate them. The feature just says contact support. I told the owner and am still waiting.

I did point out some minor bugs that will likely get ironed out but did add to my poor experience and suggested that they consider adding scheduling into their software as this would cleanly fit their product. Not a deal breaker but it would add great value or premium offerings.

Finally, like others stated I am not getting applicants at anywhere near the rate of just using indeed and even my free ads, or other previous ATS on this platform.

Without indeed integration at this day and age you are really not solving the hiring problem and are holding yourself back as a potential choice for customers.

Should you address the issues I have brought to your attention in the call and with the follow up email in which I have received no reply, I would gladly purchase the max Tier.

Until then I’ll suffer with all the other people waiting for a true solution to arise.

I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. To clarify, we do have Indeed integrated through our Chrome extension, and scheduling is already built into our platform. The mobile app is designed for quick, on-the-go hiring, which is why it doesn't yet include the full range of features available on the web. Regarding the issue of not receiving candidates, this could be because you haven't integrated LinkedIn and other job boards yet.
