The business license would be geared towards development companies that would like to use PySaaS. Most of the time you would only need the license that you can purchase here. The only reason to need to reach out about the business license is if you have a development company and want to use PySaaS.
As a solo developer, you are welcome to use PySaaS in as many commercial products as you’d like.
