Q: So I have purchased Q, and it says that I need to connect a Gmail account as an admin and it cannot be changed.
I understand that part.
1. I do not want to use my domain's email address as an admin email (if I lose the domain or forget to renew, then I lose Q account too). I prefer to use my personal email for managing the account and connect my domain-specific email address to Q. Is that possible?
2. Can the team members' emails be changed if I change my agency's domain or want to use another domain in the future?

To answer your questions:
1. An owner's account is like any other, meaning that the extension is tied to that account. It will not work on your business account if you've signed up with your personal one. What I suggest is that you register with your business email, and in the rare case you will lose access to it, we will switch your owner's account in the backend. Please keep the AppSumo purchase details for future verification.
2. You can always remove users with outdated email addresses and create new ones instead. Of course, this is permitted within the limits of the seats you've purchased.
