Q: The idea of an AI learning to valuate Leads is interesting, but I wonder if I am limited to Gmail (or in the future Outlook).
I have my own SMTP and use multiple Systems (Pipedrive, LiveAgent,...) and I will definitely not move all my mail-activity to gmail just to use a single tool.
Are you going to support SMTP?

We're currently supporting Gmail & Google Workspace (GSuite). Outlook is coming out soon too. We didn't have SMTP on the roadmap but we'll be def bring it up on our next Product sync.

Julian_WolfPLUSTo be honest ... with gMail, GSuite and upcomming Roadmap there is absolutely nothing of use for me. Why should I bother on your Roadmap or invest any time in creating a new entry if you have no interest in working with me?
Do it the opposide: Put SMTP in your Features-Wishlist and see what happens. If you decide to put it on your Roadmap before the Deal ends, I will consider to buy it. But at the moment ... why should I?

You might be surprised, but I'm happy to put it on the roadmap's wishlist. If we'll see some serious demand we'll consider expediting its release.
