A: I. Data - Datasets: multimodal, textual (including sales call transcripts), email, live data. More than 2.7M sales emails were analyzed to date.

II. How often is the data cleaned and updated?
I’m not 100% sure what you're asking. How familiar are you with ML/DL/RL models? We are always on the hunt to acquire more datasets to train our models. Cleaning requirements vary, depending on goals and the nature of the input data.

III. Why did you decide to do a LTD- how does this pair with your current funding goals and future plans?

We are a venture-backed company with IPO aspirations. No AS campaign (as successful as it may be) can ever move the dial for us or our investors. But we find the AppSumo community to be highly involved, opinionated, and keen on details. Launching on AppSumo already helped us “tighten up” our product and service. But most importantly, we believe it shortens our PMF (Product Market Fit) discovery journey. The feedback we're getting from the Sumo fam is our reward because it helps us improve: product-wise and business-wise.

Vice versa. We will never abandon or disrespect the people who believed in us when we were small and young.

It’s admirable that you won’t abandon us after going public.

I do see you succeeding.

The world has become a smaller place and creating new deals with new businesses online has become normalized..I

could see this doing extremely well with LinkedIn and wonder if there’s a way to import messages or even copy and paste them into a conversation for insights and recommendations?

Can this analyze past conversations if we carry a new LinkedIn conversation to email?
Totally understand if you’d need to work on this feature and was just wondering if it’s been discussed.

India is the next China and most of the manufacturers in my industry are there.

I’m curious if your platform has worked with people that use English as a second language?

Would I receive the same insights from a new manufacturer in India as I would a new manufacturer in America?

I have other questions about providing other forms of data that might help my use case as I could really use this but will wait till I’m a customer.

I was wondering if you could give a little more transparency about this deal?

A few companies have changed company names, plan tier names, and added tiers to force me to upgrade after promising all future updates and features.

Can you please confirm whether we’ll receive all future updates and features?

Or will we be put into a limited tier with limited features?
