They need webhooks so we can integrate our GHL crm with it, but it's in the roadmap and they are working on it.
As long as they pull through, this will be a home run. I don't know what their normal pricing is as it's not on their website, but I wouldn't pass on this.

But I can say this. Substrata is really interesting. I have done a few test exchanges with a few people and analyzed it and I can say that over time, like a few weeks to a few months-this should really help you reframe how you approach your email correspondence. As with anything if you dont measure it, you can't really improve upon it. With Substrata you are measuring and analyzing it, and it allows you to better word your emails as well as see what the other side is saying better.
I really like what I have seen so far, and am excited for the future using this tool. It brings analytics and structure to an area where previously we were all just flying by the seat of our pants....and some of you still are :-)

The people that will find this most useful are folks that are doing 1 on 1, high ticket deal and partnerships where conversational tone and behaviors are useful / needed.
Saw a glimpse of their roadmap and they have very interesting tools coming soon, including auto monitoring of voice and video on Zoom calls and giving real time feedback on adjusting that.
Which is unique and not something I've seen in Appsumo.
I was pretty surprised to see how many useful tools this extension has. The main focus is the sentiment analysis, but it provides way more information that's not mentioned. I'll list some in the PROS section.

To be fair, this is still in beta stage and I am considering the extra tools provided for my taco rating. Since I believe that the AI sentiment still needs to learn more.
