While their sentiment analysis needs work, they have a good base and foundation built already and this software has potential to be pretty cool.

They need webhooks so we can integrate our GHL crm with it, but it's in the roadmap and they are working on it.

As long as they pull through, this will be a home run. I don't know what their normal pricing is as it's not on their website, but I wouldn't pass on this.
