- I can't log in, it seems it disappeared. It's been a few products like that, purchased on AppSumo with a "lifetime" license, that disappeared in the last few months. I am down around 500 USD of purchases, I think. Is there any guarantee from AppSumo, or do they intend to refund the disappearing goods?
- I already have Tier 3 from AppSumo and redeemed them at the time, but they are still showing as not redeemed on AppSumo. I want to purchase another tier to increase my limits, but I can’t click to ‘upgrade’ via the usual AppSumo system because that button only appears for redeemed products. Could you please advise me on how to add an additional tier. I have already sent an e-mail to QApop support but time is running out now. Thank you!
