Q: I want to purchase another tier, my original 3 tiers are still showing as unredeemed
I already have Tier 3 from AppSumo and redeemed them at the time, but they are still showing as not redeemed on AppSumo. I want to purchase another tier to increase my limits, but I can’t click to ‘upgrade’ via the usual AppSumo system because that button only appears for redeemed products.
Could you please advise me on how to add an additional tier. I have already sent an e-mail to QApop support but time is running out now. Thank you!

Update: I’ve discovered that I can purchase a code and just enter it here when logged in: https://app.qapop.com/coupon-redeem However, it would still be great to hear something from QApop just for reassurance that support is still out there and that this will work.
