I can't log in, it seems it disappeared. It's been a few products like that, purchased on AppSumo with a "lifetime" license, that disappeared in the last few months. I am down around 500 USD of purchases, I think. Is there any guarantee from AppSumo, or do they intend to refund the disappearing goods?
I already have Tier 3 from AppSumo and redeemed them at the time, but they are still showing as not redeemed on AppSumo. I wanted to try the trial to see what kind of results you get with the 7 day free trial, I ran the 3 keyword search and then it says view analysis and the screen is just blank. Not sure if its broken or do you not get to see or view any results at all with the trial? If so, I wouldn't see any value in a trial that doesn't show any results, so I have to assume the tool is down or not working? Could you verify please? I'd like to know exactly what kind of results I would be getting outside of the demo video. Thanks.
