Another scam, more money wasted on appsumo. Love it. Majority of the tools are dead and you get no money back

I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding an issue with the credits related to our account. We purchased a total of six codes—five on January 19, 2024, and one on June 12, 2024. As a Plus member, we are covered by the 12-month guarantee, which leads us to believe that we should be eligible for the credits.
However, we received a response indicating that the window for claiming these credits closed on December 19th. Unfortunately, I was out of the country due to a personal emergency during that time, which prevented me from addressing this matter sooner.
We genuinely value our investment in AppSumo and appreciate the opportunities it provides. We understand the importance of adhering to policies but hope you can consider our situation given our membership status and the circumstances surrounding our delay.
I kindly ask for your support in resolving this issue, as it would greatly assist us in continuing to benefit from the LTD’s you offer. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

QApop is shutdown site no longer working

Tool is gone, it was there this summer, but now is gone, domain was bought by some expired domains buyer. Derek B. vanished. One more tool goes to the category scammed :-/

QApop is a scam. Everything's shut down, can't contact them. Worse is Appsumo won't even give full or partial credits even though they pushed QApop hard in their emails. The only reason I hopped in. I'm more disappointed in AS than QApop since I've spent thousands with them and at best, support is good 20% of the time. At best.

Just check their website & linkedin page and you'll see they got away with the cash!
They stop responding and disappeared with the cash.
What a scam...

If you don't have a moral compass, all you have to do is list a product on AppSumo and disappear after 1 year (when AppSumo's guarantee expires) like what QAPop did here... And hope that Karma takes care of it...

It seems that the makers of this took my money and then shut down the app. What is this?? Why are we spending so much of our hard-earned money trying to make our business work just to have the rug pulled from right under us? Please remember who was behind this product and never do business with them again. Do not support such behavior... there is no excuse.

Not able to sign in----appears to be dead! No one added my credits. Love what this software does---but it's been abandoned. Is App Sumo planning to address?

Change of owners, made the platform suck. Tired of this, people hype the LTD, then get traction and sell the project to someone who doesn't know how to maintain it. None of them reply to messages. They also sold a private LTD for QuestionMiner, another abandoned platform. So please don't trust these people. Avoid at all costs!

This tool stopped working now after few weeks of operations. They just came on appsumo to make some money and now they ran away. DONT BUY THIS . STAY AWAY and SAVE YOURSELF.

It seems like a scam. After it was promoted on AppSumo, it stopped working shortly after.

Realized the platform can no longer be accessed. I tried reaching out to their support in FB, their page, group, posts and even DM. Not a single reply at all.

Recommended, DEFINITELY NOT.

I want to like this but nothing works... You're trying to generate a report, and it gets stuck, showing a blank page or an error message: "I'm sorry, but we're having trouble displaying your data at the moment."

For content drafts, the formatting is all messed up... GPT 4 is not messing it up like that so i assume he's using a free or much cheaper LLM..

The Quick analysis also gets stuck or showing a blank page..

Unless he fixes all this issues, it is not usable at all..

I did some researches and the system hasn't provided anything. It is clearly a bug because the page is literally empty. The support does not exist. I can't ask for refund anymore, but I do not suggest buying this product.

Tool used to be awesome and served a very unique niche.

Unfortunately, major functionality like Quick Analysis, Reports, and Monitoring have been intermittently broken for over a year (Quick Analysis still doesn't work as of 1 minute ago), and I have yet to receive a single reply from support. Shame, because it could be an awesome tool... but at this point, I would suggest you avoid wasting your money on an unsupported and functional tool.

I have reached out to their team a couple of times and now answer. So the product MIGHT be good, but the lack of support doesn't give us the chance to test the product. I hope I can get the chance to test the product, and maybe update my review.

As others have said, QAPop appears to have been abandoned since last year (2023), and it's very misleading to offer paid access here on AppSumo knowing this.

Support no longer responds to bug reports or general questions, as when I reached out to them I never received a response. The functionality is broken as well:

• While some automated reports do work, it sends duplicate searches in email reports and a ton of irrelevant search query results that cannot be filtered out. I attempted to contact support with them not bothering to even reply. Email reports often contain 3 - 4x the same exact data, simply repeated.
• Search term results appear to be inaccessible in your dashboard. When QAPop was first introduced, this appeared to be working, as you could scroll back and click on & view Quora results that were stored. At some point, this quit working properly, and you're lucky to be able to go back even just a few days.
• It's a very basic tool that needs refinement, but since it has been abandoned, there have been no updates I'm aware of shortly after it was first introduced here on AppSumo.

All in all, as much as I wanted to enjoy this and see it prosper, sadly I have to recommend avoiding spending money on it and instead to look for other solutions to getting Quora question data.

I waited for a few months, to give the developer time to fix the issues, assuming that being a new product, it may be broken during active development. But nothing's improved. The app is buggy. Analysis Reports & Monitoring Quora (the main selling point of this app) don't work. Only the keywords feature works, which is the same as going to google keyword planner and getting my data there. And that is not why i bought this app. Extremely disappointed.
