I had previously left a 1-star review because the reporting was not working for 24 hours when I first accessed it. However, a day later and it all seems to be working brilliantly. I find it very easy to use, I had a response back from the tech team within a few hours and a fix within a day. I have now been able to use the whole thing from beginning to end including commenting in quora on relevant questions. It is very straightforward, quick to learn and quick to get to the questions I need to be answering. I now think this software is an absolute game-changer. Brilliant!
