I've been using QaPop for several months, and while it has many desirable features, the lack of support and bugs have reduced my rating to three stars.
For starters, the Quora Analysis portion of the app does not work--I click on the analysis reports and get a blank screen. I've sent emails for support but never heard back.

The ability to Star the keywords you want to track and answer in the reporting section is buggy. I click on the Star option but it doesn't highlight the star, so I don't know if it's working. I must refresh my browser to see if I highlighted my chosen Starred keywords.

The copy and pasting feature only works for text not images, so if you've spent time searching for an image to add to your post, it's wasted time to upload it to the app.

A feature that is lacking is the ability to see how your answers are doing -- the monitoring and reporting features only show what is trending.

I think I am past the date to request a refund -- to me, it's easier to just log on to Quora and see the top requested questions or search with desired keywords and use my Grammarly tool to generate an answer.
