1.) Per my previous question to combine mulitple (Different brands) purchased licenses to combine creates and have one single sign in, "You can purchase as many licenses as you like. Once activated, you can fill out this form [https://forms.clickup.com/9014551986/f/8cmy9dj-29614/IHYHME1Y5SFW7X4GSA] to combine them into one.", when clicking on the link provided, I received the following "Form is unavailable Uh-oh! The form you're seeking is no longer available—possibly deleted or access revoked. Need assistance? Contact your account administrator or send us a message" Please advise?

2.) With the option to combine my Tier 4 and Tier 3 purchases, will all my credits have Tier 4 features?
